Surely some of you are looking for something special to prepare and drink for your July 4th festivities. And FINALLY a legit recipe on The Sangria Diaries.
Liz from Explore Dream Discover shared this recipe link with me last week and I had to post. The recipe combines strawberries, blueberries and pineapple with white wine. My favorite thing might be the star shaped pineapple- I think its worth trying with apples or pears as well. Check out the recipe & happy 4th!!!
INGREDIENTS:
- Strawberries, sliced
- Blueberries
- Pineapple, cut into star shapes
- 2 bottles dry white wine
- 1 cup Triple Sec
- 1/2 Cup berry-flavored vodka
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
PREPARATION:
Combine the ingredients in a large pitcher and stir. Chill in the refridgerator for at least four hours.Photo & recipe via
